Not sure if anyone cares, but the version of aws-sdk-go in this PR is absolutely ancient now since this PR is going on 2 years old (I'd completely forgotten about it) and it should probably be bumped to something newer |

I'd like to use go-getter with a new enough version of the aws-sdk-go library that supports the
credential_processoption (aws/aws-sdk-go#2217). Bumped it to v1.25.3 to match up with Terraform https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform/blob/bf65b516c0d9b55f3cdc5be4656903e4345413f9/go.mod#L20
