Change in version compatibility

Hi

We have been using consul-k8s 1.7.x since upgrading to consul 1.21, but the compatibility matrix has changed and now indicates that we should use version 1.8.x.
It seems the version mapping has changed.
If I remember correctly, there was a specific version of consul-k8s for each version of consul.
The changelog of the 1.8.0 release indicates the compatibility with consul 1.20
Do i need to switch to 1.8.x instead of 1.7.x ?
