consul-k8s is a confusing project name and I believe often gets confused with the hashicorp/consul project. It would be much cleaner to rename this to consul-cli ideally, or possibly consul-cli-k8s, or consul-k8s-cli

Renaming of the project and utility will clear up any confusion with the main server project that is hashicorp/consul
Use Case(s)
This is more of a high level naming change, project name change to avoid confusion.
