Newlines bypass suggest-changes flow

First off, thank you — this tool has been incredibly helpful for us!

We noticed a couple of similar cases on the live demo where edits persist immediately, outside the apply/revert workflow:

• Pressing Enter followed by Backspace while editing text inserts a newline.
• At the end of a list, pressing Delete then Backspace inserts a newline directly.

These structural changes should be tracked as suggestions, like other edits.
