Base XSS path are added even if the
OnlyCustomPayloadwas set.I think that (from my user usage) when I want to use my own payloads, no payload should be set.
If it was the intent of the option, this PR fix the things, by just enabling the custom payloads when the
OnlyCustomPayloadoption is set.
