Thanks for adding BlueMii! I would suggest adding SD card support for the target console as well, since the payload that ships with BlueMii has support for it thanks to Aep. Also, the Section II header is used twice. |

Can probably drop the (Wii) here, nanddumper@ios works on Wii, vWii, and Wii Mini.

Could be desirable to recommend nanddumper@ios in all circumstances, it is a lot faster than BootMii.

When dumped with nanddumper@ios, these are both named differently and stored in a different location.

This is a complete overhaul of the Wii mini guide, and makes other improvements on the side wherever I find room for them.
