The new url stopped working, and now requires a token. The dataset is now not publicly shared, as of yesterday. After talking to Doeke, the following url should be used for the level areas "https://kaarten.hhnk.nl/arcgis/rest/services/NHFLO/Peilgebied_beheerregister/MapServer". The url for watercourses is okay
