[graphiql] monaco-graphql netlify example is down

Current Behavior

https://monaco-graphql.netlify.com/ which is linked from npm is not working atm

Expected Behavior

Expect to see the webpack example running there

Steps To Reproduce

1. head to https://www.npmjs.com/package/monaco-graphql
2. click on "live demo"

So, the version that was deployed there was several years out of date anyways! and it looks like someone removed the build-demo scripts, so the monaco bundle isn't being deployed to graphiql-test.netlify.app/monaco anymore either
