Ftrace and GPU bindings belong in extra proto crates.
Expected to be used by multiple extra proto binding crates.
This macro can be used to define extra setters for fields that are not part of the core set of fields.
This crate provides extra protobuf bindings for GPU events. Fixes: #3486
