Thanks. All development work has actually moved to https://go.googlesource.com/protobuf, which actually tests everything from Go1.9 to Go1.13.

hm.. that's confusing; so is this repository meant to be archived, or a mirror? Is that also the import-path to use for Go?

This repository is the old implementation of Go protobufs, while go.googlesource.com/protobuf is the repository for the next major version of Go protobufs.

The import path for this repo is: "github.com/golang/protobuf"
The import path for the next major version is: "google.golang.org/protobuf"
