Unable to upload images

With recent update moving application image upload to Files and moving /media to /data/media, I'm unable to upload images. I get this error:

what error can you see in the browser network tools?

double check migration: https://docs.goauthentik.io/install-config/reverse-proxy/

check file permissions ls -l

Updating to 2025.12.3 fixed the issue.
