feat: log4j & logback support #29
Description
Logging config is probably the most relevant configuration file besides spring properties.
I'm reluctant though. For easy requirements the spring configuration should be enough. For more complex requirements this should be handled in external services anyway. Is there really a need to configure this in kubernetes?
Maybe, an opinionated no here leads operators to better setups. Let's discuss requirement examples.
