Description

Convert the specs into a feature matrix and advertise library features. I consider it important that we properly support the spec and document the library itself and provide adequate documentation in the user-facing portion of the library.

Level 2 with some minimal support for level 3, but it technically has some backwards compatibility with level 1 but that shouldn't be relied on (most elements related to this are marked as deprecated if memory serves me correctly). The intent of this issue is to both document and double check every element of each spec level, as well as prepare for level 3.

Is there a path/timeline to getting to level 3?

There is nothing formal, it's still a draft making it essentially a bad idea for anyone to implement yet. I am planning to get an ETA for it's uplift and timing any specific changes around that if possible.
