Upgrade go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver to go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver/v2

Just an FYI, this is a bit of work. The mongodb primitive type seems to have changed to the bson raw type, which is just for internal use and is experimental (https://pkg.go.dev/go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver/v2@v2.5.0/x/bsonx/bsoncore). The marshalling and marshalling may have gotten better though (https://pkg.go.dev/go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver/v2@v2.5.0/bson)

The upgrade instructions don't work (reference: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-go-driver/blob/master/docs/migration-2.0.md):

cd strfmt
# install an upgrade tool
go install github.com/marwan-at-work/mod/cmd/mod@latest
# run upgrade
mod upgrade --mod-name=go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver 

The upgrade fails though with:

go: finding module for package go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver/v2/bson/bsontype
go: github.com/go-openapi/strfmt imports

I've cut a new release with the upgrade.
You'll notice that the newly released library no longer depends on the mongodb driver. Still it works out of the box against a mongodb !
The trick is that we use now an internalized shim of the driver v2 for our very simple codec needs.
If you want the library to use the actual v2 driver, it is not wrapped as an independent sub-module, specifically for mongodb users that want this. All other users who don't really care about mongodb won't get this extra dependency moving forward.
