UI updates

A. Module card updates:

1. Replace description of module with its name on card
2. Name of card to follow theme color
3. Increased font-size of metadata on module card
4. Replaced "Grade" with "Class /Grade"
5. Class/Grade values not to show "Grade" as string in values

B. Activity player udpates:

1. Icon added for Collapse LMS index (on lhs)
2. Icon to toggle to depict close-open actions
3. Scroll up to selected Activity/Page if lesson index is long
4. Transcript button's color changed from blue to theme color

C. Alignment of Modules and Units listings in Explore moved to right slightly.
