- Rename `eip4844.yaml` to `deneb.yaml` - Add `MAX_BLOB_COMMITMENTS_PER_BLOCK` (= 4096) - Add `KZG_COMMITMENT_INCLUSION_PROOF_DEPTH` (= 17) Note, this leaves `MAX_BLOBS_PER_BLOCK` at 4 (L1 has `6`). If this discrepancy is no longer intended, it should be addressed separately.
