Domain block(as indivisual) is useful feature, But sometimes, user wants to "hide" entire domain without losing connection on their following/followers
This PR introduces real domain "hide" feature.
In this PR, domain mutes basically hides entire domain from public timeline. And optionally hides from home timeline (boosted by other). But not hiding already followed ones.
