Migrating Zig linguist to new repo

Zig migrated from GitHub to Codeberg, this includes the sublime-zig-language repo.

Currently they are both on the same commit because the repo has been unmaintained however there is some work being done on updating the TextMate grammar which linguist would benefit from however I am unaware/unsure if linguist should / is allowed to pull in repos from third-party services.

Yes, we can pull from elsewhere, if it uses git too, which is the case here. The documented process for replacing a grammar should work as normal.
