Onboarding PolyXpert

A fine-tuned ESM-2 model for predicting antibody polyreactivity, trained on binding data against ovalbumin, soluble cytoplasmic proteins (SCPs; from CHO cells), soluble membrane proteins (SMPs; from CHO cells), and insulin. This model could serve as a baseline for the Polyreactivity (CHO) category.
