Well, you could always link it from the recipes doc. It's up and accessible already (though the page header looks broken?) just not integrated in the docs sidebar.
I'm personally not a big fan of adding it to that top-level section. I don't think anything about it says 'quick start'. I think it may make more sense next to a Glossary or Reference type section. What about in the Conceptual Guide section?

I could see an argument for placing /gatsby-project-structure/ somewhere else too.
Once we place it, I can link to it from the Recipes doc
