Description

This change is to fix a typo in Ecommerce docs - 'Gastby' instead of 'Gatsby'.

QA

Review the code change, verify the spelling is correct and no other changes have been introduced.

In future, can you please add context to the Pull Request explaining exactly what you've changed as it's not always obvious from the diff.

For the record, it's correcting the spelling of 'Gastby' to 'Gatsby'.
