Workflow with body condition does not work

I tried “Customer message contains” with the word word, as well as “Matches regex pattern” with the expression .*word.*. Nothing works.

I wanted to check it on demo.freescout.net, but I don't have the permissions to add a workflow.

Try to insert regex pattern as:
/.*word.*/

With the slashes.

I noticed that if I enable “Apply to Previous” and click “Save & Execute,” it works. But if an email comes in from a customer, the workflow does not execute.

Wokflow works based on the subject and sender. However, it does not work based on the body.
