Connected Texture Support #4

Howdy!
This isn't necessarily an "issue" - rather a notification.
I didn't see any kind of Connected Texture support for glass blocks or panes, so I added it!
I've forked this project with the updated files, feel free to pull those into this if you'd like!
All I ask for is credit 😄
