Description

Describe the bug

https://contribute.freecodecamp.org/how-to-work-on-workshops/#create-a-new-project I mean specificically this section

This should maybe be moved to https://contribute.freecodecamp.org/how-to-work-on-coding-challenges/, as it's not specific to workshops, but used for all of the challenge types (quiz, workshop, lab, lecture, review)

While create-next-step is specific for workshop, creating new challenges in a block is needed also for lecture blocks (including also adding one in the middle or deleting a challenge)

We could think of reorganizing the scripts part and put them where they are needed

To Reproduce

Go to https://contribute.freecodecamp.org/how-to-work-on-workshops/, see that create-new-project is presented
Go to https://contribute.freecodecamp.org/how-to-work-on-labs/, see that it's not presented

Expected behavior

I should be able to know how to create a lab by going to https://contribute.freecodecamp.org/how-to-work-on-labs/
