pyspamsum recently moved to use dependency groups for configuration, but left test requirements as an extra because the documentation for cibuildwheel implied that test-groups didn't work for iOS and Android.
On investigation, this turned out to be a defect in the documentation - because of how cibuildwheel manages test-groups, they've always worked.
