Wizard Step 1: If organizer does not enter location, there is no error message indicating why event cannot be saved #4585
Description
When creating an event some people want to try out things. If data is required to save a draft or publish an event an error message should indicate what is going wrong. Currently an organizer does not get an error message when he/she tries to save an event without a location. It is required to add a location to save an event, but the user does not receive this info.
Expected: Add an error message "A location is required to save an event."
