This PR adds the
service.namefield to the Canary CRD allowing the configuration of the apex domain and canary/primary name prefixes. When not specified, the service name is set totargetRef.name, same as before, making this change backwards compatible. The service name should be consider immutable, changing it could result in routing conflicts.Fix: #415
