Hi @carlossg can you please undo the CRD modifications and version bump. I'm ok with removing the deployment labels, get that in, make a patch release and afterwards change the CRD. I'm planning to allow annotations and labels override on both the primary service and deployment. |

Initial draft of a solution for #177
It doesn't copy the labels and adds
canary.spec.deployment.labelsI'm not sure how the client is generated from the spec, I ran
./hack/update-codegen.sh
