This adds support for the
fastly_compute_runtime::get_heap_mibhostcall by reading out the value tracked by theLimiter.Viceroy doesn't currently have a heap usage tracker for things like the request/response bodies, so the value reported by an application here will be smaller than what would be reported in Compute, but it should be close enough for testing purposes.
