Can't configure app events for SKAdNetwork #2132

For app install and other app events to attributed to ad campaigns.
Expected results
To be able to select and configure events visible in the Event Manager for SKAdNetwork attribution.
Actual results
Don't see any app install events attributed to ad campaigns, even though app install events are visible in the Event Manager. Unable to select app events for SKAdNetwork app's post-install data.

Proceed to configure app events for SDKAdNetwork in the Settings tab of the Event Manager by clicking the "Edit Events" button.
Proceed through the guide, and land at the step to "choose events to configure". There are no events to select from, even though there are events visible in the Event Manager Overview tab.
The message says: "Events must be processing in Events Manager before you can configure them on SKAdNetwork. In the Overview tab, verify that you are processing events, or set up new events."
However, events are visible (sort of) in the Event Manager.

Expanding an event shows events charted.
Clicking the "See recent activity" button shows a modal that lists none of the events visible in the Overview tab.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem and found a solution?
