Scope

99 files changed across 7 modules (873 additions, 1,785 deletions). The net reduction is driven by the removal of the scheduling.k8s.io/v1alpha1 Workload/PodGroup types and the WorkloadReference core type, replaced by the new PodSpec.schedulingGroup approach (KEP-5832).

Key Changes

Graduated to GA:

• MutatingAdmissionPolicy / MutatingAdmissionPolicyBinding (admissionregistration.k8s.io/v1) — CEL-based mutating admission, joining ValidatingAdmissionPolicy at GA
• DRA core resources — ResourceClaim, ResourceSlice, DeviceClass, ResourceClaimTemplate drop "alpha type" annotations, now fully GA
• User Namespaces, ProcMountType, PodObservedGenerationTracking — feature gate references removed

Removed:

• scheduling.k8s.io/v1alpha1 — 8 types deleted (Workload, PodGroup, etc.), replaced by PodSpec.schedulingGroup
• WorkloadReference — deleted from core v1

New fields:

• PodSpec.schedulingGroup (PodSchedulingGroup), PodStatus.nodeAllocatableResourceClaimStatuses, VolumeMountStatus.volumeStatus, ResourceHealth.message, CSIDriverSpec.preventPodSchedulingIfMissing, DeviceAttribute list variants (bools/ints/strings/versions), Device.nodeAllocatableResourceMappings, PodCertificateRequestSpec.stubPKCS10Request

DSL Updates Needed

• MutatingAdmissionPolicy + MutatingAdmissionPolicyBinding → add to V1AdmissionRegistrationAPIGroupDSL (both cluster-scoped)
