Feature request: Stacked donut charts

Nested donut charts can do a lot, but from what I can tell require the data to be hierarchical.

I have data that I want to display in the same chart, to compare it, and haven't been able to wrangle either donut or nested donut to do this for me

Here's an example of the type of thing I want to do.

Radial bar charts have visual perception ambiguity, so we're not planning to implement them currently. However, we're open to contributions.

P.S. I'm pretty sure you can hack it with a number of Donut component, but I haven't tried it myself.
