Update getting start guide for nix users

Description

This PR is supplement of commit 9ac0cd3b for nix users

Motivation and Context

We have flake in this project, nix user can setup projects in a quicker way.

How Has This Been Tested?

I test the shell and script on NixOS

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Checklist:

  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
