Concepts list

This is a preliminary list of topics for concepts in the track. As a rule of thumb, each concept should have its own concept exercise.

Comments:

• Some of these topics are quite large and might be split into smaller ones;
• There might be important topics not listed;
• I've listed some topics (in Other Topics) which I'm not sure should be included in the track.

So, in short, this is just an initial brainstorm. The PR is being opened mostly for internal discussion before opening a topic in the forum.

I've added prerequisites to each topic.

I'm still unsure about the "size" of topics, if this or that should be its own concept or not. So I think I'll start to write those concepts, a sketch of them, to get a better picture. Right now, things are too abstract.

At first I'll just focus on the concepts as a whole and leave the exercises for later.

I've already updated the current "basics" concept and might have something ready for a PR later today or tomorrow.
