I would like to discuss some changes to EIP-4762, specifically related with the Go implementation ethereum/go-ethereum#31114. The PR proposes a function that detects interactions with specific addresses and prevents them from being added into the witness.

I hadn't thought of doing a code chunking presentation, but I will do that, thanks for the idea. What we would do, is also get Han to present his code chunking analysis. So there are two topics there.
