Update ERC-7201: Fix solidity formula

I don't think this change is needed. If id is a string, you can call keccak256(id) directly.

I was able to confirm (in remix) that

bytes32 public constant MAIN_STORAGE_LOCATION =
    keccak256(abi.encode(uint256(keccak256("example.main")) - 1)) & ~bytes32(uint256(0xff));

does compile (tested with 0.8.7)
