allow hackers to add a pfp/preview/logo/image to hacking projects

that would add some color to the tool

also, a "grid view" to the projects overview (low priority)

also, hacker should be able to like or fav other people's projects (lowest priority)

question: will the list of projects be public to non-registered users? (could be cool)
