Set BeaconRootsAddress to
0x000F3df6D732807Ef1319fB7B8bB8522d0Beac02in preparation for dencun-devnet-9 per ethereum/EIPs#7672. Hopefully this will be the final change to BeaconRootsAddress.Also update execution-spec-tests to v1.0.5.
