Deprecate unsupported features in radixconfig #1583
Description
The following features will not work with Istio:
- ingressConfiguration
- authentication.clientCertificate
- network.ingress.public
- We'll configure Istio with no limits (timeouts, body sizes etc) so each app team is responsible for setting reasonable limits in their own components
