Add a feature to install a magic package after all others

There is a need to install a particular package at the end of the build process, for that package to be able to overwrite any existing endpoints.

The name can be hard-coded into Komodo, proposed name: komodo-shims

If this package is found, it is installed last. If it does not exist, it is ignored.
