What happened
我创建了原生的Chat Normal应用对话，并设置了prompt：
在对话的时候，没有按预期提示词内容进行回复，通过 docker logs -f --tail 20 dbgpt日志跟踪，发现如下提示词没有自动加入对话中：

因为未将自建的提示词追加到应用服务对话，导致回复结果不及预期
How to reproduce
1、点击：应用管理 - 创建应用 - 选择原生应用模式
2、应用信息填写如下：
应用类型：选择Chat Normal
模型：deepseek-chat
prompt：选择自建的prompt
温度：0.8
最大输出token：2000
3、开始对话，选择新建的应用访问对话，观察是否按照prompt返回的提示词内容
