Unify model selection drop boxes (to the extent possible) to have them present similar functionality, like collapsible sections

What's happening?

Some model selection drop-down boxes have convenient UI features like collapsible sections that allow you to collapse all models from a given provider. That feature was added to model selection drop-down box for individual beams or merges in Beam Mode, see #936 (comment)

I do not see this feature in other model selection drop-down boxes, such as model selection at the top of the chat window (next to the AI Persona selection drop-down box), or the side panel on Big-AGI.com when you chat, to the right of the chat.

As @enricoros commented in #926 (comment) that side panel may be present just on the big-agi.com Free/Pro offerings, and may not be part of the main branch of Big-AGI source code.

It would be nice to have a unified experience across all of these model selection boxes.

@Slava-256 Done propagated the feature to other places with collapsible sections for ease of selection, also shared code between the components - much more aligned than before where we had a triplication of code.

There still are idiosyncrasies between the selectors, such as search and filter by starred models, but at least there's more consistency now. This required a surprising amount of work despite being simple, but porting other features such as 'search' and 'star filtering' should be easier, if required, but for now this is gonna do I hope.

@enricoros Thank you! This is much better. I think the biggest confusion was that the sorting order was different in different places. Now it seems consistent.

Update: synchronized the collapse state across all places: top-bar dropdown, right-pane model selector, Beam model selectors and so on (not persisted for now, resets at close, for people to not make mistakes). @Slava-256 Thanks for asking for consistency here.
