Make edits to Custom Merge instructions in Beam Mode persistent

What's happening?

Currently, edits to System and User instructions for Custom Merge in Beam Mode are not saved anywhere. Any newly added Custom Merge starts with default instructions.

There is "Custom all <>" button that "Applies these instructions to all other fusions while keeping their models", but if I end the beam mode by selecting a given merge and press "Use this message" button, and then start a new beam and merge on the next conversation turn, I have to start all over again, as the previous edits to Custom Merge instructions do not propagate.

I propose to handle edits to Custom Merge instructions similar to how changes to model options are handled in model options dialog. If I change any parameter from default, it is immediately saved and persists, and there is "Reset to defaults ..." button that appears that indicates that settings have been changed away from default and giving me an option to restore the defaults.

For clarity we can have "Reset to default ..." buttons appear right next to "System Instruction:" and "User Instruction:" labels on the Custom Merge window.

"Custom all <>" button is located at the bottom right corner of custom merge window, below System and User instructions, and to the right of "Just press the Start Merge button when done."
