Conflict with zlc.el

Instruction to reproduce:

1. Load popwin.el and zlc.el
2. (zlc-mode t)
3. (popwin-mode 1)
4. M-x emacs-in [TAB] i [TAB] RET
5. Cursor is caught in some random buffer and further operations are all blocked
