Get a version 1.x out

Many employers will not allow a version 0.xx.xx in production. Since version 0.19.1 will be stable for a while and since the syntax has been fairly stable for some times. Is it not time to get a version 1.0 out? Elm has been in versin 0.x for years. This does not inspire confidence.
