Ideally, you could share the folder `C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.1\3.1\scripts\modules\lxml` that this creates in an issue here so that I can add it to the repo.

**For linux users**
Just try to use blender version from official blender website https://www.blender.org/download/
this add-on is not working with flatpak version I don't know why, but I think It's related to permissions
just install it from official blender website, that's it
