Brief My Meeting: Send Slack notification

Right now, we send the "Brief My Meeting" update over email, but it would be really nice to have it over Slack as well. A lot of people would prefer to get the message in Slack instead of email.

When adding the Slack integration, we want to think about it correctly because we'll also be able to use this integration in other parts of the platform. For example, every time you get an email that you need to reply to, it could ping you on Slack as well.

This task is specifically for briefing my meeting, but when asking Claude Code or Cursor to implement this, we should have in mind that the integration will be used in more places in the future.

You can paste this issue into Cursor or Claude Code, and it should be able to 1-shot it with Opus.

And you then need to test it actually works.
