"Something went wrong" when sharing location

Steps to reproduce

1. Go into a DM
2. Click on the location share button

Outcome

What did you expect?

Either location to be shared, or a message explaining why I can't share.

What happened instead?

Error message.

Ubuntu 20.04

Element Nightly version: 2021121001 Olm version: 3.2.3

How did you install the app?

Using the instructions on element.io for nightly builds on debian.

So the issue is we don't enable webGL in Electron https://github.com/vector-im/element-desktop/blob/b662846bf1d21273b626b4c64274e97b50851ceb/src/electron-main.ts#L943 which the location stuff needs - no idea why we explicitly disable it.
