What happened instead?
For one person, their video tile is black and no audio comes though (green border does not light up). They do not appear as muted. If they toggle their mute state on & off, their video / audio comes back.
Seen on a build after the 0.3.3 release.
Possibly video / audio being muted but mute state not being signalled?
