Review notes:
- This PR creates the new aws integration file, needed for the next phase of docs integration.
- Component plugins still contain sections/links/include files that are commented out. We have to create the new files before we can link to them. (In this case, the aws integration plugin file only.)
- Docgen didn't pick up the aws codec files: cloudwatch and cloudtrail, and those haven't been bumped to 7.0.0. Other aws component plugins are present at 7.0.0..
